Let's face it: If you've ever made a decision when you've been absolutely certain about all the variables that might have had an impact on the outcome of your choice, you probably hadn't been thinking hard enough. If you had, you would have realized that there were some things you didn't, and couldn't, have known for certain. That's life: We live in an uncertain and ambiguous world, but we can't let that uncertainty paralyze us into inactivity. Decisions have to be made.
