Little celebrations show progress

As you progress through a change, there will be natural points of celebration. Celebrating is key to the energy levels you and your team have. As you plan your change, you should think carefully when these should be. Sometimes it is a natural point when something is delivered or part of the change can be seen to have happened. Sometimes you know that, as a team you have gone through the majority of a phase of your change or had a great meeting, even when tangibly there has been no output.
