The state contract was expanded in ITS52 to include accessibility audits, accessibility consulting (including planning, testing, design, remediation, and help desk services), document remediation (making PDFs, MS Office documents, and e-books accessible), accessibility training (classroom-based, remote, and on-demand), multimedia transcription captioning and video description, and assistive technology (custom) scripting.
