Answer C is correct. Although the use of an Internet-accessible NTP server is typical and desirable, you can use your router (and some switches) as an internal NTP source, perhaps in an isolated lab. It’s not recommended to do so in a production environment, unless you happen to have your own atomic or GPS clock.
