By the way, you have changed how I do programming. If I don't find an answer to a programming question immediately on the internet and/or if I need an in-depth explanation, I search your library and can read several answers if I'm so inclined. You have saved me hours of work besides the fact that I can read any book I want without buying it and without cluttering up my shelves anymore. I just wish I could zap the books I already have from my 30+ year career into your library.
I've been using Safari for a long time, and it really has come a long way in terms of usability and quality content. It renders the technical section of the bookstore obsolete unfortunately. But, that's a testament to how great it is. Keep up the good work.

I’ve been a user of Safari Books Online for nearly 10 years and have watched how it has grown and gotten better all the time. Recently this “inbound” growth (in terms of size of the library and broadband of services) has been joined by an “outbound” growth that makes us German readers very happy: the German library. It’s great to know that SBO is willing to give us readers access to computing books natively written in non-English languages.

To quote a friend of mine, "being a software developer is a lifelong learning experience." That is so true. In the last 2 years I've had to wrap my head around so many technologies and languages, some mainstream and some not, and I've spent countless hours trying to learn the fundamentals. Since purchasing a personal Safari subscription, I've experienced some of my best productivity and have been more effective supporting my team. The books are current, by experts, and the reader on the webpage is pretty decent too. This is probably the best value for money I've ever spent for a technology education resource.
