I've contacted your support group at least three times since joining Safari Books Online. On all occasions, I've received an acknowledgement of my issue almost immediately and a resolution within 24 hours. Despite the speedy resolution, I've also received communication regarding actions that the support team plans to take on my behalf. You have the BEST customer service of any company I have to deal with, either at work or at home. Keep up the good work and please consider diversifying into Telecommunications. I could really use more clarity in the communication I receive from my phone company.
