The xs:nonPositiveInteger type represents a negative (or zero) base-10 number without any decimal points or fractional digits. Values may include the digits 0–9 (and only those digits, not other Unicode digits) and must include a leading minus sign. No decimal point may appear, and the value must be zero or less. Acceptable values include −793234643383, −212320, −1, and 0.
