  • Framework Design Guidelines, by Krzysztof Cwalina and Brad Abrams (Addison-Wesley)

There are also a number of good books covering the frameworks discussed in this chapter. If you want to learn more about DotNetNuke, you can’t do much better than this one:

  • Professional DotNetNuke 4: Open Source Web Application Framework for ASP.NET 2.0, by Shaun Walker, Joe Brinkman, Bruce Hopkins, and Scott McCulloch (Wrox)

One of the best books on Mono is a work from O’Reilly:
