Description
Keyboard is a property sheet that has three tabs. The key settings are:
- Speed
Modifies the repeat rate and delays and the cursor blink rate.
- Input Locales
Adds new keyboard layouts for different languages. If you enable the keyboard-layout indicator in the system tray, you can easily switch between different layouts when you need to type in different languages. You can also specify a hot key to switch between locales or to a specific locale.
- Hardware
Displays the drivers and resources for your keyboard (same effect as using Device Manager in Computer Management).
Notes
If you right-click on the keyboard-layout indicator in the system tray and select Properties, the Regional Options utility from the Control Panel opens.
