Present the list in a more compact manner.

start =n

Start numbering the list at n, instead of 1.

type =format

Set the numbering format for this list to A (capital letters), a (lowercase letters), I (capital Roman numerals), i (lowercase Roman numerals), or 1 (Arabic numerals; default).
