Conventions Used in This Book

The following typographical conventions are used in this book:

Constant width

Indicates headers, directives, attributes, code examples, and HTML tags.

Constant width italic

Indicates variables in examples that should be replaced with user-supplied values.

Italic

Indicates variables, filenames, directory names, URLs, and comments in examples.

Bold

Indicates buttons and keys.
