Project 11D: Installing Microsoft Core Fonts from Your Windows Partition (for Dual-Booters)
If you're a dual-booter with Windows installed on another partition of your hard disk, you can take advantage of the fonts you already have on your Windows partition. This can be as easy as what you did in Projects 11A and 11B; however, before you can do anything involving your Windows partition, you need to mount it.

Mounting your Windows partition in Linux used to be a bit of a chore, but that isn't the case anymore, at least not in Ubuntu. In fact, all you have to do is open a Nautilus window and double-click the Windows partition in the side pane.
