Report problems...and resolutions

Twitter is a great place to acknowledge that your company is having some kind of problem. Your site is down. Your conference hotel ballroom is flooded. One of your stores has run out of Cabbage Patch Kids. Letting people know that you're aware of the issue—and that it may be causing them some pain—is just good, human service.

Of course, Twitter also gives you the chance to let people know you've rectified the situation.
