Four cool tools for tracking trends: #3
TwitScoop (http://twitscoop.com) shows a tag cloud of terms that are becoming increasingly popular on Twitter at the moment. (In a tag cloud, the bigger the word, the more often it's been mentioned.) It's handy for discovering topics before they hit the official trending list.
As you can see here, under "Buzzing right now," Aniston is a growing topic. At the time of this screenshot, it hadn't yet made it to Twitter's trending topics. But it did arrive shortly after we took this picture.
