Redirect Server

The Redirect server stores contact and feature data for all registered subscribers and a dialing plan to enable routing for off-network calls.

Table 6-5 shows the provisioning tasks that can be performed with the Redirect server.

Adding a Redirect server group

Redirect server groups are the first sublevel below redirectServers on the directory tree.

Editing a Redirect server

Select a server, edit the fields, and then click OK.

Adding additional Redirect servers

Additional servers can be added as the system grows in size, or if greater reliability is desired. Follow the instructions in "Adding New Servers.”

Deleting Redirect servers

Select a server and click Delete.

Figure 6-3 shows the Redirect server’s data entry fields.
