List of lookup tables used to map RBL domain names to
responses when rejecting messages because of either reject_rbl or reject_rhsbl. If an RBL domain is not
listed, the default_rbl_reply
provides the response.
Example:
rbl_reply_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/rbl_reply
