Postfix allows you to set a limit on the number of
simultaneous deliveries to any transport in master.cf. If you don’t set an explicit
limit for a transport, the value in default_destination_concurrency_limit
is used. Note that concurrency limits are per
destination as opposed to process limits, which are per
transport.
Example:
default_destination_concurrency_limit = 20
