Welcome Menu
Click the little blue house to the right of the System menu to bring up the Elements Welcome window that you see when the program first launches. If you've chosen to always start in the Organizer and you want to change your startup to the Editor, for instance, call up the Welcome window here and then make your change at the bottom left of the window.
