An edited list of sites with good PL/SQL content; this is a good place to start your search. There is also a page for developer tools, which is perhaps the most comprehensive list of PL/SQL-specific developer environments and editors you will find anywhere. (While you’re there, check out the rest of DMOZ, which is a project to create the “largest human-edited catalog of the Web.”)

The OTN Xchange is an embryonic Oracle Technology Network site where developers will eventually be able to freely download software and obtain information on jobs and other Oracle-related resources. Search on “PL/SQL”.
