With so many ways to save information off the Internet, you'll always be able to organize information to access it again and again. For maximum flexibility, you can combine several features.
For example, if you like to skim the latest news, visit your favorite web pages and save text from web pages as notes in the Mail or Stickies programs. Then select Add to iTunes as Spoken Track. Now you'll be able to read along while hearing your Mac read the text back to you. This can be especially fun to do with young children to help them learn to read, or it can be helpful as a way to read text and then refresh your memory later by listening to the text read aloud.
