Working with Multiple Desktops with Spaces

Pressing the F9, F10, or F11 key makes Exposé organize the windows on your Desktop in a hurry, but you can also organize windows using a program called Spaces. Instead of having one Desktop filled with windows, Spaces lets you fill up to sixteen Desktops with windows.

This would be like having up to sixteen different desks in your office—one desk for storing papers related to work, a second desk for storing papers related to your personal life, and a third desk for storing papers related to your upcoming family plans.
