Using the Side Buttons
The Mighty Mouse provides two side buttons. If you squeeze these at the same time, all open windows on the screen slide out of sight to display the Desktop. If you squeeze these side buttons a second time, the windows reappear on your screen. The side buttons are useful if you have a lot of windows open and need to find something you've placed on your desktop.
Here's how the Mighty Mouse side buttons work:
Click the Finder icon on the Dock. The Finder window appears.
Click Applications in the left pane of the Finder window. The contents of the Applications folder appear in the right pane of the Finder window.
