wcsncpy function — Copies wide strings
Synopsis
wchar_t* wcsncpy(wchar_t* dst, const wchar_t* src, size_t n)The wcsncpy function copies
at most n wide characters from
the null-terminated wide string src to dst. If src is shorter than dst, null wide characters are appended to
the end so that exactly n
characters are always written to dst.
The return value is dst.
