Synopsis

This enumeration of the attributes can be placed on events. None specifies no attributes. ReservedMask is a reserved flag for use only by the runtime. SpecialName indicates that the event is described by the name. RTSpecialName is similar, but states that the runtime should check the encoding of the name.
