The following typographic conventions are used in this book:
- Italic
is used for filenames and command names. It is also used for electronic mail addresses and URLs.

Constant Width is used for code examples, as well as names of elements of code.
- Bold
is used in code sections to draw attention to key parts of the program. It also marks user input in examples.

Courier Italic is used in code sections to draw attention to code generated automatically by tools.
